Very interesting site, thanks for sharing. I will look around it more. There is something to be said about hunting public land. Here in Florida, the one public place that a few members hunt on is becoming almost legendary. It is called Jumper Creek. Bringing home the bacon here gets a hunter major kudos. This place is only 10 min from my house, so I put in lots of time there. It is a straight up battle in that place, be it from the land itself, or the Pirates who roam the woods:D

Ha ha you got that right. I was down there today. I went in from the parking lot. I got about 50 yrds down the trail and here comes a turkey walking the trail heading my way. She turned around and high tailed it out of there. I was walking farther along the trail and and heard something take off out of a little puddle. All i seen was a tail. It looked like a possum tail but it was huge. It was either a big azz possum or possibly a nutria??? Have you seen any nutria down that way Chad?

I actually have seen a nutria down there Sam! It was last season when I was hunting with my wife. It came out and sniffed around, and then walked off.
