Do you remember

Do you guys or gals remember any of the QB calls from the past like the Sidewinder or the Sidewinder Triple, The Half Back mouth calls, or Grave Digger Boat paddle boxcall? These are just a few of the turkey ones. I'll have to go thou my calls and find some more. We'll do deer, moose, elk, turkey and predartorand maybe even some duck:rolleyes:

I have a Sidewinder that I bought long ago that has killed a bird or two. I would tote it along for old times sake, if it wasn't so awkward in my vest!

G.P.S. is what they called the cone coming off the side of the Sidewinders.....Ahhhh the Clover Leaf call 10 turkeys in one call. how about the Double Face and Chad knows about the Finisher ( very nice call for doing tree calls and purring) and for you moose hunter the Moose Entricer ( I used one of these in 1994 on a moose hunt here in Vt.)

I've killed birds with a 15 year old push button "easy yelper."

It sounds like a turkey and if you can get over the embarrassment of using such a newbie call there are times when it works.

I have a field grade old master box, which one side split and I reglued and it kills turkeys. I have an old qb boat paddle which make a hell of a lot of noise and gets birds to gobble at long range like nothing else.

I had a pair of jakes three years ago that would not come to any other sound than that boat paddle hit hard. I called them in to 30 yards with calls I would usually use to prospect for birds off a ridge top.

Something for all Turkey: Bullseye, Junior, Power Screamer, Zip Tight Call Case, and one of my favorites the Original Aluminator ( I still use this one alot) Elk: The Elk Talker and the Sentinal Deer: Buckster, The Hammer call, the Buck Snort, Predator: the Bear Squaller.............. Some of these calls I have others ones looking for to add to my collection of QB calls and stuff........ QB had a T-shirt out a couple years ago it was black with white letters "Born To Hunt" on the front ...... Would like to get another one wore mine out....If any one can HELP

Original Snuff Can(metal tube, double reed), DD Adams Double Slate,there was a slate call that had little holes in the bottom of it where you could put plugs in it to change the sound-maybe a magic touch?,Old Turk Diaphragm,Split Quad Diaphragm, Cutter Diaphragm and round it out with the Challenger Crow Call....

I seam to remember a few years back QB had a hat out that was green with a brown bill and the QB logo on it. Dose anyone have one? I'll contact Bob at QB and see if any are kicking around there. Would like to buy one if any of you pro staffers have one just takeing up space

Remember these videos from QB? One of my favorite In Quest of the Grand Slam (This one got me started in turkey hunting looked like Dick was having alot of fun so I thought I'd try it) Also Callin'&Huntin' Spring Gobblers1&2, Pistol Gobblers, Gobblin' Fever 1&2, Longbeard Lessons these are just a few of the QB videos that I have in my collection.

I cover all the bases on this have a VHS/DVD player combo. Just watched one today and Dick and Big Ern looked some different 22years ago, but I guess we all did :D. Hate to play the older ones they are priceless.

Anybody ever try switching lids around on boxes of similar size or would it do more harm than good. I tend to tinker and experiment with stuff. Sometimes it works out sometimes everything gets completely trashed and goes into the parts bin. But hey, you don't know til ya try.
