Cleaning mouth calls

What is everyone's tactics on cleaning mouth calls after the season? I always end up buying new calls each year because the old ones are nasty. Any pointers? Anyone hear of this? www.diaphresh.com Does mouthwash hurt the reeds?

I just wash them off and store them in the fridge....The mouth wash thing is ok, but just be sure and rinse them after you put them in the mouth wash.

Mouthwash is okay, but make sure you rinse it. Alcohol will rot latex if left in.
