Anyone seen or shouldered one yet? Price seems good for a 3.5" interia driven shotty. Comes with chokes from turkey-cylinder, recoil reduction system, fiber optic sites, drilled and tapped for included scope mounts for an MSRP of 679$ Nothing extra for MAX-4 or APG either!

The M2000 is a love/hate kind of gun. I only hope that they worked the bugs out of that model to put into the new 3500.
A lot of the issues that come from it compared to the Benelli system is that the bolt is attatched to action bars that run towards the front of the gun and connect to a tube that surrounds the magazine tube, as opposed to the Benelli's self contained spring that is in the butt stock. There is a lot more friction there and metal/metal contact on the Stoeger and Franchi I-12 that requires extra care to make sure there is no corrosion or debris on the tube.
The main complaints I hear on the Stoeger, and have experienced, have to do with failure to feed(FTF), Failure to eject(FTE), and rounds not firing due to the bolt not closing completely from binding in the action tube assembly.
Not trying to scare you away from the gun, just giving you some food for thought..
