possibly getting new gun

anyone out in the woods. shooting a Mossberg 835. i like the one with the 24 inch barrel. does anyone know about their chokes and there compatibility with the nontoxics? I live in NY, and May 1st is to far away. however, this just in. i have been informed that i have the 1st and 2nd off , totalling 4 sraight days of hunting! stay tuned:D

I shoot a 660 tube and 6 yards to 60 yards and number 5 or 6 shot.....zipperman

I have been shooting a 835 for 6 years now. Currently using a .670 Kicks choke and shooting Winchester X-Tended Range 3 1/2 #6---I feel very comfortable out to 50 yards all day long. Hope this helps some

Brother shoots the same exact choke on his 835 and he loves it. I have the mossberg 935 and I use a comp-n-choke xxx full and it shoots great.
