Elk hunters

Any elk hunters out there...Our herd here in Florida is really thin so I havent hunted any as of late...LOL. I would love to hunt one, if you have any connections point me in the right direction!!!

Wow! Nice bull. Elk were once native to Ontario, but overhunting drove them to extinction in Ontario. We have a reintroduction program, but it is poorly funded & we have only a few small herds. It is doubtful we will ever have an elk season unless more effort is put into it.

Well once again the state of oklahoma has completed the Elk tag draw and once again I did not draw. A friend of mine killed a real nice bull here a few years ago, said it took him 18 years to finally draw a tag.:(
